Invoice data
Billume creates invoices in your browser. The business details, client details, line items, notes, and logo you enter are used to generate the preview and PDF on your device. Billume does not require an account to use the invoice generator.
Downloads
When you choose Download PDF, the invoice is generated in your browser and saved using your browser’s normal download controls.
Optional analytics
If you choose to accept analytics, Billume uses PostHog's US Cloud service to understand general product usage, such as page views, device information, and feature events. We do not send invoice details, client details, addresses, notes, or uploaded logo data to analytics. You can decline analytics in the consent banner.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the service changes. The latest version will always be available on this page.
